Optibelt ALPHA FLEX is manufactured endlessly according to the customer's length specification without breaks in the cord. This means that two spirally wound cords are used. These cords can be made of steel, high-flex steel, aramid or stainless steel to suit a wide range of applications and provide high power transmission even with long axle distances. PAZ fabric coating on the tooth side reduces friction and protects the teeth against wear.
