• Pairs of continuous twisted glass fiber cords provide a maintenance-free timing belt with high precision, exact synchronization and an efficiency of 98%. This means an extended life and higher efficiency, resulting in reduced replacement intervals, which in turn means cost savings and higher availability.
• New material combinations with aramid fibers and a groove in the gear base provide resistance to wear caused by friction and reduced noise levels.
• HTD standard which means the belt fits in HTD, RPP and MR pulleys. From a sustainability/environmental perspective this gives a longer service life which saves resources, and the energy efficiency reduces carbon dioxide emissions.
