Multi-ribbed belts Optibelt
Multi-ribbed belts can be used with advantage on small pulleys and are suitable for applications with high speeds and small installation dimensions. Can handle tensioning pulley on the back. Wedge-shaped and parallel ribs allow efficient power transmission and combine the high flexibility of the flat belt with the high power level of the V-belt. This enables the use of small shafts and bearings, i.e. lower costs. Durable fiber-reinforced rubber compound provides vibration-free and quiet operation even at high speeds. Is highly oil and temperature resistant. Polyester cord with minimal elongation provides good grip in the pulleys as well as high efficiency characterizes the belt.
