V-BELT OPTIBELT

Optibelt SK. High-performance woven narrow V-belt with polyester cord. It transmits approx. 50% more power than classic VB V-belts with a comparable belt width, such as the SPB and B/17 profiles.

  • The strap is woven, which means it can withstand dirty environments and is suitable for most applications.
  • The belt is batch-constant in certain lengths (see catalog), which means that belts from different production batches can be used for the same drive.
  • The 33% higher profile compared to a classic VB belt transmits approx. 50% more power. This means fewer grooves, reduced shaft load and lower total cost. From a sustainability/environmental perspective, this provides a longer service life that saves resources, and the energy efficiency reduces carbon dioxide emissions.
