Optibelt XE-POWER PRO M=S. High-performance cast, raw-edge cut, toothed V-belt with maintenance-free polyester cord that minimizes the risk of unplanned stops. XE-Power Pro V-belts enable space saving and cost efficiency with lower maintenance costs, reduced need for spare parts which can ensure cost savings of up to 35% due to fewer belts and smaller pulleys. Suitable for use with small pulley diameters, extreme temperatures and high speeds.

• Raw edge cut/serrated (no fabric overlay) allows for the use of a smaller disc diameter that provides high power transmission. This results in a lower investment cost (disc width and diameter).
• The special cords mean that the belt is maintenance-free and does not need to be re-tensioned, which means no costly maintenance stops.
• Reinforced back allows the use of a tension roller, which provides smoother operation.
• Can be used in batches without being metered, M=S. This provides high efficiency, optimized operating characteristics and lower energy consumption.
• EPDM rubber provides better temperature properties -40˚C to +120˚C. This means a wider range of applications in temperature-exposed operations.
