Cam rollers have a massive shaft journal instead of an inner ring that is threaded so that the cam roller can be quickly and easily mounted on a suitable manskin component with a hex nut. Cam rollers in the KR design are equipped with a needle roller ring or a needle roller set with the maximum number of needle rollers.
